Let’s Par-Tee with Doctors Community Hospital Foundation!
Join us as we host our 15th Annual Golf and Tennis Invitational Monday, May 3rd, 2010. This year we are changing our venue! We have the opportunity to give you another first class golf experience at the Lake Presidential Golf Course located at 3151 Presidential Golf Drive Upper Marlboro, MD 20774. Lake Presidential Golf Course was rated one of the “Top 10 New Courses in the U.S.” by Golf Magazine 2009 and we are excited to have you join us there. Our tennis tournament will be held at the Watkins Regional Park Tennis Bubble located at 301 Watkins Park Drive Upper Marlboro, MD 20774.
Last year over 150 people enjoyed the Golf and Tennis Tournament and this year expects to be even better. I hope you are able to participate and enjoy an outstanding day of golf relaxation, all for a good cause. The sponsorship packages are outlined on the attached forms. If you are unable to golf, you may choose to support our golf tournament through a hole sponsorship, raffle item, a goodie bag donation or a monetary donation to Doctors Community Hospital Foundation.
Each year Doctors Community Hospital work to make a difference in the Prince Georges County community by providing access to the highest quality of healthcare and easily accessible services to those living and working throughout the region. Consistent with this belief, we continue to evolve our facilities and technology in response to the ever-changing needs of our patients. Doctors Community Hospital has been serving the region for more than 30 years, and it is our great privilege to update our facilities to serve the next generation.

During the tournament, each player will have one of their swings videotaped with a special camera. Several days after the event, every player will be receiving an email that opens up to their swing next to a Tour Pro’s for a frame-by-frame slow motion comparison. And next to each golfer’s swing can be YOUR AD that clicks through to YOUR WEBSITE!

Where the sample ads are now, we can put up to four different ads there alone. Virtually every single player will log on to see themselves…wouldn’t you? And each “template” has the player’s foursome photo too!
Players come back over and over to see their photo and their swing. They choose different pros to compare to. They send the whole page to other players, friends and family! And YOUR MESSAGE travels right along with each photo or swing!
As you can see, there are only a FEW SPOTS on a swing video “template”. We are now in the midst of creating our own custom template, and we are making these limited spots above, below and to each side of the golfers available on a first come, first serve basis.
